CANCELLATION POLICY

KOR AESTHETICS Cancellation & Appointment Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To provide every client with the best experience, we kindly ask that you respect the following policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 4 hour notice may result in the loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee. No-Shows Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay an additional fee or prepay before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled. Applicable deposits or fees may still apply. Deposits All appointment deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled treatment when applicable. If the cancellation policy is not followed, the deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
